How to check if your phone supports eSIM
The quickest way: open Settings on your phone and search for "eSIM" or "Add Mobile Plan." If the option exists, your device supports eSIM. On iPhone, go to Settings → Mobile Service → Add eSIM. On Android, go to Settings → Connections → SIM Manager.

Important: carrier-unlocked requirement
Even if your phone supports eSIM, it must be carrier-unlocked to use a travel eSIM from a third-party provider. Phones bought directly from carriers (AT&T, Verizon, EE, O2 etc.) are often locked. Contact your carrier to unlock — most unlock for free after your contract ends, and many unlock earlier on request.
